The pack contains three 300 g tubs of Collmar marine collagen with magnesium and vanilla flavour. It is a powdered supplement containing hydrolysed type I marine collagen, acerola, hyaluronic acid and magnesium carbonate.

Daily intake

A 11 g serving provides 9,792 mg of hydrolysed marine collagen, 250 mg of magnesium, 80 mg of vitamin C and 10 mg of hyaluronic acid. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for cartilage, bones and skin. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

How should you take the collagen and magnesium supplement?

Mix 11 g, equivalent to two scoops, into a glass of water or juice. The manufacturer recommends dividing the amount into two doses. Follow the dosage indicated on the packaging and use the product as part of a varied diet.
