How to Use Orthomol Natal

Dose: Take one Daily Pack once a day with or after a meal. Dissolve the powder in 100 to 150 ml water or juice and take with the capsules.

Before Conception: Start at least a month before conceiving if you can, and continue through the first trimester for the folic acid dose to work as intended.

During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Keep the same pack going through delivery and nursing, since DHA and iron needs stay elevated.
