Dosierungsempfehlung: Täglich 2x1 Portion (2x12,5 g, 2x1 Messlöffel) Hot Blood Hardcore Pulver mit 2x200 ml kaltem Wasser mischen. Das kohlensäurehaltige Getränk beim Schütteln alle 5 Sekunden öffnen. Eine Portion 30 Minuten vor dem Training und eine während des Trainings konsumieren.
